You can redeem exciting rewards by earning points through your purchases. Available rewards include:
- GCash Credits
- Prepaid Loads
- Lazada Vouchers
- Shopee Vouchers
- Grab Vouchers
Each reward requires a specific number of points. Visit the Rewards section in your profile to see the full list and start redeeming!
You can upload up to 4 valid receipts per month.
Here's how it works:
All receipts are reviewed within 24 hours of upload.
✅ Only approved valid receipts count toward your 4-receipt monthly limit.
❌ Invalid or rejected receipts don't count.
If you have receipts pending review, you may need to wait until they're processed before uploading more.
This prevents you from uploading more than 4 receipts at once.
Your receipt counter resets on the 1st of each month.
To avoid delays, make sure your receipt photos are clear and show:
- Store name
- Date of purchase
- All items and prices
- Receipt Invoice Number (e.g. SI#, Invoice #, etc.)
Effective November 6, receipts must show complete product details—this includes the product name, size or grammage, and quantity. These details help us confirm your purchase and award points correctly.
No. All receipts should meet the stated criteria above for points eligibility.
If, at NPI's sole reasonable discretion, a member is found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity related to membership privileges, failed to follow Program rules, or made misrepresentations, NPI may:
- Close or suspend the member's account immediately
- Prohibit the member from earning or redeeming points
- Cancel or forfeit any points in the account
No. If points are cancelled or forfeited for any reason, NPI will not reinstate them.
Yes. If a member engages in fraudulent activity, NPI reserves the right to take legal action and/or recover any points redeemed as a result of such activity.
